Suggest Treatment To Stop Masturbation Addiction

my prob is something mental. the thing is that i masturabate everyday. i wish to stop it but i cant. not only that my mom seduces me i masturbate by watching her. she knows that. she didnt tell anything till now. so i think that she may allow me to have sex with her. but i m afraid to approch her. i dont know what to do. should i approch her directly or be away from her?
