Available medicine in the market: CLEXANE (Enoxaparin sodium) (Low molecular weight heparin) Injectable solution 2000, 4000, 6000 and 10000 anti- Xa IU is equivalent to 60 mg SANOFI AVANTIS French Company Questions: 1-     Which type is fair? 2-     What dose should be taken daily? 3-     What are the monitoring tests? 4-     When should she monitor? 5-     Up to when should she take the medicine?
