Suggest Treatment When Trying To Conceive After A Miscarriage

Hello Doctor,

Doctor suggested me to have BIOFOL tablet 3 months before planning of pregency(Suggested because of my last pregency got termitated at end of 5th month due to CLeft and palate may be).I am using BIOFOL since 40days and now pregency got confirmed.Is there any chance that the previous case repeat.Am worring of the last pregency(Cleft) case.
And also please confirm me should i use BIOFOL during the pregency and also please suggest me is there any by chance we can get to know about CLEFT/PALATE on or before 3rd month.
Please do help madam...am not able to njoy my pregency feel due to case.
