Suggest Treatments For Eaton Lambert Syndrome

i am from a small community from british columbia...i was diagnosied with eaton lambert syndrome...i am not sure how i got this...i was once a healthy women...doing everything....now i can not work...my question is would i be able to go back to what i used to do before this...i started this eaton lambert syndrome in 2007 and they could not find it till 2009...would i get better to what i used to do
