Suggest Treatments For Gynacomastia

hai doctor this is rony 25 year old,i have a problem of shapeless chest.its like chest shape like a teenage girl. my left chest has a shape like a small ball.when i touch it feel like something inside in it like a stone.i am tottally fed up. i feel shame to open my shirt infront of my friends.searching web about this issue i found that it a disorder called gynacomastia.it shawn in me before 6 years.iam totally fed up, please give me a solution
