Suggest Treatments For Black Spots On My Face

hello sir,,, i am pavani n i posses some black spots on my face n they are slowly being spreaded and when i hav consultd dermotologist on of them suggested pealing...... does it give me a solution for my problem....
please help me in this regard.......
