Suggest Treatments For Blocked Fallopian Tube

hello im 36 years and have been told told that my left fallopian tube has moderatre fluid and its blocked. The right ovary is not appreciated. Is there any hope of having a child im depressed. Right now I have been given chloramphericol capsules please advice if there is a better drug than what i ve been given. I live in Zambia Africa
