Suggest Treatments For Brown Spots On My Cheek

hi doctor, i am 33 yrs old female and have noticed brown spots appearing on my cheek bone.Doctor has recommended kojivit gel. can it fully remove spots? are there chances of it to return once it is gone? If so how can I control it ? Is there any other treatment which can permanently remove brown spots? How much does it cost? I have heard chemical pealing effective for brown spots? Can it give permanent result? May I know its cost? thank you.
