Suggest Treatments For Chronic Body Odor And Mucus In Stools

hi doc.i suffer from a chronic body odour.it smells of morning breath then it turns to smell of feces sometimes it smells of fishy.i changed my diet because i suspected TMAU but the smell is a laways the same. i also suspect food allergy,candida, parasites because my throat and nose always itch and red ,the doc prescriped me allergy medicines but no enhancement.i ilso suffer from muscus in the stool and have a chronic foot odour too.........what is wrong with me and what should i do iam so desperate.
