Suggest Treatments For Haileys Hailey Skin Disease

I have Haileys Hailey skin disease. I am constantly getting secondary infections, such as Mrsa. Batrim is the only antibiotic that seems to help. My doctor will not prescribe it anymore because he is afraid I will become antibiotic resistant, meanwhile I have this infection all over, what can I do?
