Suggest Treatments For Large Sized Kidney In My Fetus

HI Doctor,



I have query, My wife is pregnant and completed 34 weeks. In ultrasound doctors found that the fetus Kidney size is large in shape. one is 9.8 and second is near about 7.

Please advice me what I can do and what could be the reason for this. Is this any medicine side effect? My wife is taking nosel drop to open her nose in night regularly. Is this the reason.
