Suggest Treatments For Severe Back Ache Due To Lumbar Spondilosis?

Hello sir,I am shruthi.M ,i am suffering from back ache from 6 years,i met almost all the doctor in reputed hospitals in b'lore but no use,in MRI it disclosed that ''LUMBER SPONDILOSIS'' now i have pain from head to feet from 5yrs,i did excercise,physiotherapy,yoga,walking and all but my pain is increasing day by day and i take 8 pills every day for my back ache and head ache,i heared abt pain killer injection for all this pain ,now i need your suggestion about this sir
