Suggest Treatments For Thin Skin Around The Anus Due To Anal Fissure

I was wondering if there was any way to thicken the skin around the anus either through laser or cream? I had a chronic anal fissure that healed however the skin there is extremely sensitive and has made anal sex unpleasant because of the pain and it continues to tear but heals quite rapidly with just the use of Cerave cream. What should I do?
