Suggest Treatments For Trouble In Breathing And Constant Cough

My 18 y son has always had problems with nasal discharge, frequent colds and at age of 3 had an adenoid operation. Since, the problems continued and his nose become bent. He has problems with sleeping and breathing, often colds and coughs. Idealy he would like an operation to sort out all these problems and improve appearance. Please advise me what can be done in his case and whether NHS would consider an operation
