Suggest Treatments To Increase The Length Of My Penis

I had undergone circumcision, The doctor removed lot of skin due to which my penis length became short. Can surgery be done again so that more skin can joint by grafting so that my original penis length is restored? Pls answer urgently as some surgeon has told me that it is possible.
