Suggest Treatmnet For Severe Status Migraines

I have severe status migraines, if I go to the ER they say I'm seeking drugs, the doctor I'm seeing now has no idea what he is doing and refuses to call me in anything to stop the pain. I'm 26 have had 10 surgeries including a complete hystorectomy and suffer from migraines, I am ready to give up. What do you suggest?
