Suggest Vaccination Dosage After A Dog Bite

sir, I was bitten by a dog on my thigh last night about 13 hours ago and i took the first shot of vaccine just now around 14-15 hours after the dog bite.Is it safe now and should we consider this in day 0? Should I take rabies immunoglobulin injection too after taking 5 doses of anti rabies injection because I was bitten on a trouser without any tear of trouser but a minor bleeding?
