Suggest Ways To Bring Down Creatinine Serum Values

Hi, my father in laww who is 68 yr old had angioplasty 4 weeks back. He feels healthier and fit and ankle to do regular walks. Now the blood tests are done every fortnight and in last 2 tests creatinine serum value is 2.03. How serious are these levels and how to bring down this level ?
