Suggest Ways To Bring Down High Blood Sugar Levels

I have been testing myself for the last two months and my three readings in am lunch and supper have been 10 to 13 on my test machine I am diagnosed with type two diabetes my weight is 285 and I am 5 9 and I am 52 years old I am not that active and I take metformin and glyburide to help me my eating and portion is not good will I be able to get my readings down I have been good three month ago my A1C was 7.2 next week I will be checking it out again thanxs
