Suggest Ways To Conceive When Diagnosed With PCOS

i have been suffering with heavy irregular periods from i was 12 years of age but my doctor never did anything to help , im now 20 married and living in a foreign country. Today i went to the hospital where they done an internal scan and told me i have polycystic ovaries , ive been trying to conceive for a year now with no luck , the doctor prescribed me 5 mg tarslual and said to take 2 every day for 10 days but didnt explain what the pills did or anything about my condition. what do these pills do and do you have any information on my condition? i dont have excessive facial hair or acne and ı have an average bmi so im confused
