Suggest Ways To Conceive When Treating PCOS

I was diagnosed with pcos.startes hyponis follic acid riomet and ovanac forte..so my periods become regular from 1st month of medicine till now...from last 3 month doctor advised me siphene 50 mg.on 1 st month of siphene my follicle size become 14 18 20 then she rupture it by injection. And ask me to get physical for 10 days and I did same bt I go periods again..then she continues it from for nxt month bt on 2nd month my follicle size is 9mm and same in every follicular study dn again again on 3rd month follicle size is 7mm and again periods.then she suggested me for iui in month of February. She as me to do mid cycle I want to ask tht do get follicle without siphene and can get pregnant this time
