Suggest Ways To Conceive While Having Irregular Periods

I have a very irregular period, but I'm trying to get pregnant and downloaded an ovulation app on my phone last month. It predicted my next period would start today (the 5th) and it did! That has never happened to me before! I've always gone 2 or 3 months with no period and then finally have one.. then go another 2 or 3 months and so on.. anyway.. I'd there a chance I could be pregnant and still have this period? I'm getting light cramps as well.
