Suggest Ways To Deal With Anxiety And Anger Issues

I am looking for a highly qualified psychiatrist to have sessions with my daughter who we all think is bipolar and has anxiety and anger issues. She is now 29 years of age and has two daughters one is nine and the other is seven months old. We have known for some time that she was different however at this crucial time she is now willing to see a doctor but kit has been hard trying to find one well qualified and not over booked. Please help me before something really bad happens to her or our worse fear the children.
