Suggest Ways To Deal With Itchy And Painful Blisters On The Buttocks

Hello I have been dealing with shingles, I have been told it is shingles by doctors and lab test. I keep getting these very frequently. I can feel it coming on by lower left back ache, left leg pain and swollen left groin lymph node. On the upper left buttock area I get an area of red, warm to touch, and hard nodule under the skin, that will eventually blister and itch with lots of pain. I usually feel it coming on and it appears in same area every time. The thing is I have been getting this A LOT. Is it possible to keep breaking out with shingles like every 3 to 4 months?
