Suggest Ways To Deal With Side Effects After Abruptly Stopping Hydromorphone

Hi I ve been on Hydromorphone for about 7 years. 50 days ago I had the bright idea to stop. Would rather put up with the pain. I still only sleep 1 to 3 hours a night. I feel so sluggish and week I can t believe it. How much longer will this last. I can t take over the counter sleeping pills as the work the opposite on me. Thank you randy
