Suggest Ways To Enhance Growth Of Facial Hair

Im a 26 year old male. Though I have a good moustache, I have no beard growth on my face. I am getting depressed of being called or treated like a kid. I do have hair growth near my penis and my shoulder region. I do get morning erections, but not very often. I had my blood tested for Testosterone level. It reads like this

LH - Hormone(CLIA) - 4.1 mIU/ml

PROLACTIN(CLIA) - 6.7 ng/mL

TESTOSTERONE(CLIA) - 4.4 ng/ml

Could this be due to hormone imbalance?
Im wondering if there are any drugs that can aid my facial hair growth. Pls help me on this
