Suggest Ways To Get A Piece Of Plastic Stuck In Throat Out After Eating It Accidentally

hi i ate some whip cream from the bottle to then noticed right after i accidentally ate a piece of plastic that forms the tip. somehow one of the sides fell off and now i feel the piece of plastic in my throat. can you please tell me how i can somehow get it out.
