Suggest Ways To Manage Child With Diabetes And Pain In Abdomen

Hello sir, My son is 7 years old & diagnosed with type I Diabetes just 2 month back. At the time of diagnosis his RBS was 550 and HbA1c was 11.1. Recently before 1 week he has mild pain in abdomen for which USG was done and it shows altered(coarse) echotexture in liver right lobe. His other tests like PT,SGPT, S.Ceruloplasmine, ANA, Anti HCV, HBSAg, S. Lipase,CBC, S.Protein,S.billirubin are done and are all normal. He has pain around umbilical region sometimes epigastric region. His HbA1c is now 8.1. We are very worried please guide. If it is due to diabetes and what to do now.
