Suggest Ways To Manage Diabetes When On Gluconorm

I am 66 years old lady having diabetes for last 10 years.For the last 2 years my doctor was advising me gluconorm G-2 forte B.D.About 3 months ago i was advised to take only once a day.After that,I proceeded on holiday for Six months.Now I have found that the diabetes has gone up to 250.I cant take two tab. per day since the medicine I brought are not sufficient.However,I have got another medicine named METRIDE-2 Which also contains Glimpride2 2mg.
