Suggest Ways To Manage Fasting And Post Food Sugar Levels

This is C. Raj from Mumbai . My fasting & post lunch sugar levels are 165 / 215 mg/dl respectively . I have been administered Cetapin XR 1000mg before Breakfast and dinner . I am taking these tablets for the past 2 months but no significant improvements in numbers. Need your expert councelling . May appreciate if you also reply on YYYY@YYYY Thanks & Regards
