Suggest Ways To Manage Painful Muscle Spasms After Segmental Lumpectomy

I had a segmental lumpectomy on January 8, 2015 and then a second surgery on January 22, 2015 to get clear margins. In recovery, I began having severe muscle spams under my arm and running under the left breast and running to left side, almost portion of my back. I was given two muscle relaxers and two pain pills, and it is not controlling pain. When the spasms hit, it is so severe I literally scream as loud as I can and tears just flow. The spams also burn. I am 42 years old and diagnosed with DCIS.
