Suggest Ways To Mangage Pain With No Help From Percocet And Morphine

I have Ben in pain management for 14 years. Until I got my disability with insurance I was given 6 10 mg lortabs daily. About 4 years ago my disability came thru and insurance so I was then put on percocet 10s 4 times a day along with 30 mg morphine 2 times day. I have been on those same 2 meds and doses for 4 years and they don't work as well as they did at first. I have done every procedure they ever asked of me which seems to made me worse. Don't u normally get meds raised or changed to get better relief? Why do I feel punished and not cared about because no Dr seems to hear me when I talk to them bout more help? Isn't it time for more relief? I have grandkids I can't even play with due to pain
