Suggest Ways To Reduce Bulging Stomach After Childbirth

Hi...I have 3 kids and the last one is with c section. Over alk my physic is k except for that I have a bulging tummy . I have a tummy popping out and I can t wear my dress that I use to wear earlier. Please advise and suggest. My baby is now already 3 years.
