Hi..my thighs have been on the heavier side as compared to rest of the body .i have kind of pear shaped body, 5 3 height , 140 lbs weight. I started gym last year and lost 9-10lbs inn6 months n maintained this till march 2015, until I saw a sudden increase in my upper thigh circumference , backside of thighs and saddlebags sticking out! I started doing squats from March only ....that s a new thing I did. Pls suggest, as I am upset because I was getting into great shape thatmyupperthighs really getting wider. Thank you !!
