Suggest Ways To Reduce Keloids Size And Clear The Scar

hi my sister age 25 has keloids in her shoulder n its not itchy or painful but it is quiet big in size. we have not tried any particular treatment because all doctors say there is no trestment for this. is there any way to redeuce its size and clear the scar. she is even getting new keloids and need to know how can it be stopped.
