Suggest Ways To Safely Switch From Suboxone To Methadone

I need to find a pain dr to switch me from Suboxone to methadone safely for pain management. My general physican is willing to write the prescription and take over my care after I'm safely switched but can't find help I'm at my wits end suffering everyday the dr who stupidly put me on suboxone doesn't care and argues and yells at me and does believe in methadone.. It's hard suffering when it's proven to help 90% in the past. I have a tethered spinal cord and spina bifida and 3 or 4 doctors we saw said surgery is too risky so I'm stuck I can't work and that's ashame I'm 24 years old and can't go to school or start my life because I cant sit all day PLEASE someone help.
