Suggestion Medication For Shingles On Chest And Neck

Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with shingles; the rash started on my left side of my neck and has spread to the front of my chest and has gone around to my right side of my neck and in the back along my hairline. It is worse on the left side. I was prescribed a prednisone pack, which I have completed, and I an continuing taking Acyclovir. I have been putting tea tree oil and calamine cream on the rash. That seems to help until it wears off. Any other suggestions? I need to some relief from this.
