Suggests Treatment For Spots On Skin Which Scar On Healing

12 year old has white spots on her arms and legs. She is mixed with black and white and has always gotten white spots/scars if she picks at a scab etc but these are different. The are larger white spots. She claims there are little bumps all together and then it turns into this spot.
