Sunday I Began To Have Dull Pain In My Lower

Sunday I began to have dull pain in my lower abdomen while I was having a bowel movement. I was sitting down and I began to urinate and it got worse. As I stood up and I continued to urinate the pain eased up. If I sat back down, the pain would get worse again. This has happened each day since every time. I have also noticed that my urine is very pale yellow. I have not seen any blood. I am very weak as well.
