Sunday I Fractured A Bone In My Left Ankle, Went

Sunday I fractured a bone in my left ankle, went to emergecy, Xray shows the fracture. The knee was placed into a cast, no walker, given pain prescription and crutches. I was told to se my primary doctor and a orthopedist. That night one crutch broke before getting into the house and I have been homebound since. This morning while moving my left leg I felt great pain as something shifted in the cast. I have been in pain ever since. My Question--With the additional pain, immobility and unable to get around should I call 911 or should I wait for someone to help me tomorrow?
