Sunday I Three Episodes Of Severe Pain From My Neck

Sunday I three episodes of severe pain from my neck down my shoulders and upper arms. I was very tired, weak, a little dizzy and a little sick to my stomach. They lasted a couple of minutes each. I do have mitro valve prolapse, rapid heart beat, palpitations and the upper chamber does not release blood quickly enough so it makes me short of breath. I have been very exhausted after these episodes. Is this something I should have checked out?
