Sunday Last Week My 2 Year Old Daughter Became Feverish

Sunday last week my 2 year old daughter became feverish at 38.8 celsius,
Tues My daugter still has high fever so we decided to had check up to her pediatrician & ordered lab test like cbc with pc..result platelet 190, peditricia caution that it is likely more dengue, she prescribed us isoprinosine & omx..
wednesday we brought back our daughter with dengue ns2 result which is negative..but still my daughter's pediatrician said that she should be confine to hospital for hydration purposes....under medication of isoprinosine suspension, omx, paracetamol for fever, & ranitidine
on thursday rashes came out on my daughters body so our doctor confirmed that this is dengue syndrome...
my problem is untill today, my daughter is still feverish, & for 6 days she is given if not thru iv, orally a paracetamol every 4 hours..
....doctor ruled out thypoid also..she said maybe it is primary complex due to this will cause fever for a long period of time..she again prescribed rifampicin, isoniazid & pyrazinamide after sgot & sgpt be tested...surprisingly her sgpt is too high at 118, sgot at 113..the doctor hold the medication for primary complex.....so now i dont really know what really is the health problem of my daughter..i am so worried..plz explain to me what's happening on my daughter's body
