Sunday, While At The Lake I Had A Near Fatal

Sunday, while at the lake I had a near fatal drowning accident. I would like to know what to expect the next couple of days. To day after getting out of the hospital i have been experiencing rib pain when i cough, and spitting up small amounts of blood when coughing. is there any thing else that ican expect?
