Sure! For The Past Several Months My Tongue Has This

Sure! For the past several months my tongue has this funny burning sensation, mostly at the very tip. Almost like I have put my tongue on a 9 volt battery; I know I tried it once when I was a kid. I have also noticed that the two viens underneath seem darker than usual and more bumps on the side as well. I am a 54 year old female. Thanks for your advice.
