Sure I've Taken Coricidin For Awhile Now And I Finally

Sure I've taken coricidin for awhile now and I finally decided to kick that stuff completely out my life after having a near death experience. Is there any medicine you can think of to let me stop having after effects. I.E. HEADACHES, dizziness at times and sometimes numbness in my finger tips and sometimes even my toes. I got blood work drawn and everything came back ok and even got a head cat scan and still nothing. By what I've just told you am I having the withdrawal phase? I think my body is wanting the DXM that I was foolishly putting in my body so often. Any advice is helpful,
