Swallowed Large Vitamin Pill, Enchichnea Immune System Tablet, It Felt

Swallowed large vitamin pill, enchichnea immune system tablet, it felt like it had got stuck, so drank some water, the water went down but it still felt stuck, this is been I realised its not stuck down the same pipe the water goes down, it's been stuck here for an hour now, I'm really worries I can breech OK, but I can feel it there and I can't sleep the discomfort is terrible :( what sort of level a problem is this? Am emergency or not? What can I do or what shall I expect to happen next :( worstep case of best, it's not going down.
