Symptoms: Dry Cough, Very Heavy Chest Feeling. Went To Dr.

Symptoms: Dry cough, very heavy chest feeling. Went to dr. received two inhalers: Qvar and Proair. Didn't help, went back to Drs. received antibiotic, didn't help. I also was taking Delsym, didn't help. Now I am having heartburn/acid reflux after every meal and a small amount of drainage in the back of my throat.
I am a 55 year old woman, very healthy. I am coughing all day to the point I am annoying my family and co-workers. I also have another dr appt Thursday. I've had this cough for a month with no improvements.
In the past I've had winter asthma, this isn't it. Any suggestions? Tamra Abell
