Symptoms: Vertigo (2+ Weeks), Tired (usually Not Quick To Fall

Symptoms: Vertigo (2+ weeks), tired (usually not quick to fall asleep, now fall into a deep sleep quickly when I go to bed), enhanced smell (example: the smell of mustard on my husband's sandwich was strong and made me sick), food tastes differently...I made a doctor's appointment but directed to his PA who gave me medicine for dizziness and nausea over 2 weeks ago. Symptoms have continued. What could be wrong with me?
