Taken To Er Last Wk With Hrt Rate 102, BP

Taken to er last wk with hrt rate 102, BP 210 over 100. Take at home and noticed fr prior wk it was rising, my two BP med we're not working. EGFR rate has lingered around 50 for last 3 yrs. Current Dr doesn't know what that means, said has nothing to do with my kidneys. What keeps raising my pb so high, on med 30 yrs, now 70.
