Taking 400 Mg Technivie (morning) And 600mg Ribaviron (morning), 400

Taking 400 mg Technivie (morning) and 600mg Ribaviron (morning), 400 Ribaviron (evening). I started on September 26th. Stopped taking Effexor 150mg, and estradiol 2mg. I have experienced all the side effects you can possibly think of from this treatment, (also due to abruptly stopping Effexor and Estradiol?). I have been unable to work since I have started. I am still weak, fatigued and have no desire to eat. In the last few days I have developed a pain on the right side of the abdomen and is getting uncomfortable. Is this something I should worry about? Is the weakness, nausea, irritability, nausea normal at this early stage of treatment, so much that I am unable to function? I am no doctor but...1000mg of Ribaviron seems quite a bit for a woman of 145lb.....and loosing weight fast. I am very worried because my GI doesn't seem too knowledgable about this. Cannot even contact her, she is away for a month. Can you please help me understand? Never had treatment before - F3 score. Thank you.
